Hi everybody just been to see Whip It at the movies and just thought I would let you know that the movie was sold out and the people who were watching it was 50-50 in age group but it seemed that all enjoyed it as it got into the skating parts. Thats all for now from down under hope to get some more feed back soon.

DEFINITELY banked track all the way. Flat track is too dangerous...too hard to stop and the fans right at track's edge.
Don't like the uniforms and stupid names. Nick names for a few, sure...part of showbiz, but not like it is today.
Tony and I have skated with the girls at Penrith and some are now quite good.

- Hi Tim these skaters all skated with the greats of the sport Ralphy LeRoy John Hall Cavello Hocker John Parker Ronnie Danny Rielly Peter Kelly just to name a few, I will build the track in Penrith a city of about 200000 people which also has flat team playing and going strong and hope to play under the old rules of derby so everybody can understand the games rules which are so simple if they are just explained to them and the a few times during the game so the crowds can learn them.
