If you are a player, who do you presently skate for?

T-Birds....and anyone else who will give me just one more game before I hang it up. (Just consider me the guy who makes everyone else look so much better at practice. LOL. Or the guy that has to work twice as hard as everyone else.) But I do promise you that I will give you my all! Other than that, I've been a trackside photographer, a scorekeeper and a ref.

About Me:

Currently retired after working over 34 years in the L/E arena (830.1 PC -- for those of you in the know). I'm doing a little temp work and starting my private investigation agency GET A CLUE INVESTIGATIONS. Check out www.GetACluePI.com.

I'm also working with ARSD on the Southern Calfornia Operation.

I've also got a commercial helicopter and airplane rating. Member of Screen Actors Guild.

I think I was the oldest Roller Derby rookie skater of all time when I made my professional banked track skating debut.

I work hard keeping up with the new, young, and fast kids. I love the Roller Derby so I keep plugging away. I give 100 % at all times.

If you want someone to be there for you...and on short notice, get in touch with me. I'm not that hard to find.

So if you see someone at a game lugging skates, camera gear and a ref uniform, that's probably me! Have equipment, will travel.

The thing I remember most about RollerGames/RollerDerby is:

I started watching Roller Games on TV in the early 60's. While watching Channel 5, I did my own color commentary over the telephone with my buddy.

As I kid, I took the bus to the Olympic Auditorium to watch the Roller Games...lots of times.

Now, a whole bunch of years later, I'm skating. Who says dreams can't come true?

I've met some terrific Roller Derby people and had a lot of fun with them. I would not trade these people or the experiences for anything.
