- About Me:
- I, like many others loved roller derby growing up, and it led me into Speed Skating. I one my first National Championship in 1990, and went on to win or place at three more, along with several regional championship's. I have skated at the Olympic training center. I mostly skated in doors, but had good sucess out doors (Boring). I am more of a sprinter. But Thanks to Fits I got the chance to skate on the Bombers. I would have traded all my awards in Speed for this chance. Now I am trying to learn as much as possible from the Vetrens to help carry Roller Derby into the future.

I just wanted to tell you, that I'll be taking my race car up to Willow Springs next month on March 8.....a Sunday. They are going to start points races that day, and this will be my first time racing there. I went to Willow last month in January, and liked what I saw. There was some crap going on between other drivers, but that's normal. LOL I'll have an easier time of transporting my car up there, as I got myself another truck. I traded in my little Toyota Tacoma for a 2002 Dodge Ram 1500.
The season opener at Toyota Speedway at Irwindale is next month on March 21st....Saturday Night. I's scheduled to race that night in the Mini Stock Division, as well as The Super Late Models (Twin Races), Super Trucks, Bandoleros and a trailer race. www.toyotaspeedwayatirwindale.com is the place to get tix online and see what's coming up or you can print up the schedule for the year.

Great seeing you, did you talk with Dan about skating Nov 22, we can use a man with your Awesome background! When you have the time on getting your in-lines working, come skate with my A.R.R.S.S club we provide a means for members to share skating instructions, techniques, strategies, and experiences. When visiting San Diego, call me for one of my outdoor skating sessions, Saturday mornings/nights on San Diego Dry Docks or elsewhere throughout the Diego county.

It's always very cool to talk with you and seeing you skate. That was an Awesome jump over the Downed pack. Good skating on your part! We really need to hook up and do some in-line skating around town or at the beach. Maybe we can teach are self something new. Have you ever tryed in-lines on the banked track, it's a blast of speed, but hard to control and move like a Roller Derby skater. Quads i guess will always be the star on that thing we call a BANKED TRACK!
