Yes, I want your input! I am going to be pitching bringing back banked-track roller sports to TV stations and networks in the weeks and months to come. I'm collecting "good reasons" why they should choose this great sport over other programs. I want to hear your thoughts! Whether you loved RollerGames, RollerJam, or RollerDerby--I need your feedback now!

I would love to see Rollergames brought back toTV in 2008. More so since American Gladiators are coming back to TV on NBC. Rollergames were just as popular, if not more popular, than American Gladiators when they were on. I miss the T-Birds, Maniancs, Rockers, Violators, Hot Flash, and Bad Attitudes. I was a little disappointed of RollerJam when they tried to copied Rollergames.

BRING BACK ROLLERGAMES!!!

I'd love to see Roller Games return to TV, but make sure the emphasis is on great skating and not alligators or walls of death. Forget the gimmicks and give us back the GREAT Roller Games of the 60's and 70's. You just can't beat great skating and talent.

I defintily agree that Rollergames should be brought back to TV. There are so many matches that I have never seen that I think would be great matches. I have never seen The Rockers vs. Bad Attitude, I have never seen Hot Flash Vs. The Violators. It would be nice to see all of the teams again and even some newer skaters.

Children will LOVE it, just like we did when we were just kids.

When I first saw Rollergames I was a Roller Junkie since day one. If you want Rollergames on TV it has to be a REAL LEAGUE! NO more Drama. This ain't wrestling folks. Also I like to add the teams from Rollerjam to make it a 12-team league with playoffs and a Commisioner's Cup. The Number #1 must be retired for all teams to remember those who were killed in that terrible bus accident in 1935. I think that might be the year but if anyone has history about it you can add it to this site. We all know the sport has never died because of you fans and has flourished with all the female leagues across the country. The TV business is very fickle and always looking for the "next big thing." If freakin American Gladiators can come back so can this.

Of course it should be on TV. Roller Games were the Original Reality TV, live every week, action packed, adrenaline pumping, and most Important to a television pitch CHEAP TO PRODUCE.

With AMERICAN GLADIATORS hitting it big in the ratings, you need to know that an arena style, hi-tech show is where it's going to be at.

Too bad when they showed original rollerGames it's only the 2nd half of the game. on ESPN classic.

I also feel that rollergames should be brought back because it is a true sport. Its not your typical Rollerskating or even Roller Derby. The wall of death and the Jet Jump are elements that not everyone can conquer and we need to see more of that. Just as many have said in previous comments with American Gladiators making a comeback it gives natural athletes a chance to show that its not all about the typical sports and there politics.

are you kidding?

a true sport?

since when was bad acting, scripted outcomes and phony fights considered true sports

I enjoyed watching Roller Games on TV starting in the early 60s. I faithfully followed it in the L.A. area on the VHF stations until it was finally moved to UHF. In those days, the TVs had a dial to tune in a fuzzy UHF image. It was hardly viewable, and faded in and out, but I did try to watch.

Eventually RG faded from TV. When I found local games, I tried to attend as many as possible.

I know there are a lot of other people like me out there. The game's action intrigues me more than most of the shows on television today.
